Executive Director, Ann Lathan Kerzner:

Ann has a Ph.D. in Music from the University of Pennsylvania. Her training and experience ranges from arts administration (BS concentration, State University of New York) and band management to recording studio work and marketing (with a particular penchant for branding and marketing strategy). As a composer she has received myriad grants and commissions. As a recording engineer and production assistant she has worked with The Band, Living Color, Deep Purple, Jeffrey Gaines and more. She has coordinated numerous music marketing campaigns including assisting in grant writing for SBO, the Sid Bernstein Organization (famed Beatles Promoter). As an artist representative she has coordinated band photoshoots, supervised direct mail and e-marketing campaigns, directed branding/corporate identity work, served as an agent-artist liaison, and managed music licensing. Music Engineer and Developer: David has 26 years of recording experience. The recipient of numerous grants including the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Inc., David holds a MS in Computer Aided Compositions and a BS in Sound Recording Technology from the State University of NY College at Fredonia.

His recordings of latin jazz, salsa, world music, hip hop/rap, rock, and classical music have been featured on many independent labels as well as Crystal Records, Albany Records, Capstone Records, Conawango, and Pyramid Records, among others. He has lectured frequently on music business and audio recording at numerous Universities and currently directs the Sound Engineering Arts program at William Paterson University.

He is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers and Audio Engineering Society.

As a photographer and graphic designer his work has been published by Hal Leonard and Harper Publishing. He heads the development team at Jonas Music Services. Marketing Coordinator & Music Writer, Alison Lauth:

A classically trained pianist and jazz singer, Alison has a B.M. in Music Management from William Paterson University. Her extensive music business experience includes work in the A&R Department at RCA Records where she worked closely with top executives developing press kits for numerous artists, including Christina Aguilera and the Verve Pipe.

As a recording engineer in Manhattan Alison has worked with jazz recording legends like Ron Carter, Rufus Reid, and Clark Terry, as well as myriad hip-hop artists, including Faith Evans, Aaliyah, and P Diddy.

As a music journalist she has garnered interviews with the biggest names in the musical world, writing for the Aquarian Weekly and Steppin’ Out Magazine. In fact, Alison has over 300 music features to her credit.

She is currently writing a nonfiction book documenting her studio experiences, entitled "The Reel World: NYC". Graphic/Web Designer, Katherine Arline. Katherine has over 12 years of experience designing books, magazines, promotional materials and websites for clients in the U.S. and Europe. She is the founder of Wind River Press, publisher of The Paumanok Review, Critique Magazine, and selected full-length and chapbook serials in print and electronic formats. Critiques On Writing edition has included contributions by Pulitzer Prize and Newbury Award winners, U.S. Poet Laureate Billy Collins, and best-selling authors including David Baldacci, Margaret George, Clive Barker, and Homer Hickam.

In the past two years she has focused on standards-based web design that promotes dynamic accessibility and usability.

Outside of work, she spends a questionable portion of her earnings expanding her CD and LP collection and on the latest and most important bits of carbon fiber excess for her road bike. Sometimes she even rides it. Business and Billing Director: 

Jennifer Ruhland has a M.S. from Canisius College in N.Y.   She has gained an extensive amount of customer support experience, over the last 15 years, handling a broad array of issues while paying close attention to detail and skillfully multi-tasking.

She is very creative and enjoys working with those in the arts, preferring to be inspired by their energy and passion. 

Aside from work, Jennifer enjoys listening to many different genres of music, and spends a great deal of time attempting to be a stellar influence on her young sons’ musical interests.
Graphic Designer Brissa Hanzel: Brissa has a bachelor degree in Media Communications. She has worked over 8 years in advertising as a photographer and design assistant. Parallel to her media career she intensely worked as a marketing promoter of cultural events.

After working for few years for a private agency in Chicago, in 2005 she became an independent artist in photography and graphic/web design.

Her work has been published in various magazines and her stock photography is frequently used throughout different media.

She has provided numerous advertising designs for Hard Rock Hotel, New Years Eve Rock N Ball Event, Intercontinental Chicago Hotel , Montrose Room, Bon V as well different artwork done for the writer/filmmaker Katherine Brooks like her company Gravity films website. She has worked with Jonas Music Services for two years.

Flash Designer and Video Editor, Bethany Rudsill: Bethany graduated with a B.A. in Multimedia Arts and Sciences from UNC Asheville in 2007, and has since furthered her studies in the online program at Animation Mentor. Bethany has a wide range of multimedia skills including graphic and web design, video editing, and animation including 3d, stop motion, and flash.  She has created animated promos for public access television, and designed a wide range of graphic material like business cards, pamphlets, and posters. She also occasionally does programming. 



In addition to her multimedia skills, Bethany has a lifelong passion for art and has personally dabbled in many medias, from painting to pysanky eggs. In her free time she is an avid reader.

. Writer, Editor Scott Rose: Scott attended the Mannes School of Music Prepatory Division, Boston University as a Music History major, Harvard University, where he studied Musicology and Comparative Literature at Masters level, and various European institutions of higher learning.

After working several years in public relations, he turned to a career in freelance writing. His many credits as a music journalist include a portrait of pianist Constance Keene that appeared in International Piano, and articles and reviews for Le Monde de la Musique and Das Opernglas as well as for The Wall Street Journal Online.

He is a past master at making specialized concepts in music comprehensible to a lay audience. Print Designer Elizabeth M. Ficks: With 12 years design experience and 2 years pre-press experience at a printing company, Elizabeth is very detail oriented and has vast print experience. She has worked on music entertainment postcards, CD and DVD covers and labels, corporate ID kits, posters, flyers, brochures, Magazine and newspaper ads and postcards. Elizabeth is proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, and Acrobat. Her clients have included: Michael Goulian (entertainer), Elizabeth Ward Small (National Seminar Speaker), Empire Homes, a work for numerous marketing agencies and real estate professionals.
