Explanation:
You’ll receive an e-mail alert on the day your project
goes into production. This happens only AFTER the following conditions are met:
We receive payment
We receive your production questionnaire and ALL required materials
Your telephone marketing consult (if applicable to your project) has taken place and you approve marketing strategy. This consult typically takes place at least 72 hours after your materials are received.
The production clock only starts ticking AFTER these 3 conditions are met.
e-Press Kits: D-I-Y approximately 12 business days; Full Service approximately 20 business days
5 page standard website: approximately 35 business days (add 3 business days for each additional page)
Printed Press Kits: approximately 17-20 business days
GigCardz/Flyers/Postcards: approximately 17-20 business days
Posters: approximately 17-20 business days
Mailing Service: 5 business days. Post Office mailing time First Class 3-5 business days - Standard 12-15 business days
Update & Reprint Service: approximately 15 business days

It's important to remember that the production time for your project largely depends on you. After your online proof has been posted, you will receive an e-mail. We NEVER proceed to the next phase of production until we hear back from you.
After reviewing your proof you will either choose to accept it or request
further revisions. During the time it takes you to respond to each proof
the JMS production clock is paused. If it takes you 5 days to respond to your
proof you can add 5 days to your total project duration.
Projects overlapping Major US holidays may incur slight delays so our team may celebrate these events with their families.

PLEASE NOTE: All print projects from Dec. 1 - Jan.1 will incur 3 additional production days as this is the busiest print time of the year.
If your project requires custom-built features or extra services
additional production time (and fees) will be required. For example: customized
content management systems, additional design revisions, custom copy
writing, photo shoots, photo processing or scanning, logo creation, audio
services, marketing plans, mailing services, etc. Please call for a custom
production schedule.
Jonas Music Services TM LLC works diligently to ensure that production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Jonas Music Services TM LLC be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from shipment or delivery delay.You agree not to hold Jonas Music Services TM LLC liable for project or delivery delays caused by inclement weather, shipping company delays, or other circumstances beyond Jonas Music Services' direct control. Jonas Music Services' shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.Jonas Music Services TM LLC will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the project process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees (paid in addition to basic project pricing expressely for expedited service) will be refunded or waived where applicable.
